I created this blog to share information on the most popular agile methods that I have used such as Scrum, Kanban, XP, etc. Using this blog as a platform I will be very transparent with you revealing a lot of the mistakes that myself and my teams have made and what we learned from it. I won’t be posting just to post, but I will try to share what I’ve learned and am learning. I believe in the agile approach to managing your projects, but I’m not a fanatic about having to use only one method for every type of project or customer.
